Me: arugula, babaganoush, sauerkraut, dill pickle, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, avocado, olive oil, black salt, dried kelp
Snack:
DD: yellow watermelon, cherries
Family dinner
basic brown rice, kale chips (sprinkled with tumeric/sea salt and coconut oil), leftover chicken, leftover butternut squash kugel
Lembas cinnamon grain-free coconut flour muffin (you can buy them at People’s) and watermelon for dessert
In addition: I also made the following today:
Homemade chocolate – double recipe (including some in zucchini muffins that I am making tomorrow)
pot of black beans to freeze (soaked them last night in warm water and a bit of lime juice)
