DD: vanilla goat yogurt, applesauce, flax seeds/cinnamon

DD: peaches with cinnamon and cottage cheese
Lunch:
DD: egg salad on a corn tortilla, raw Colby cheese
me: arugula, sauerkraut, KEJU cheese, tomato, olive oil
Snack
DD: watermelon

Dinner
Family dinner – roasted chicken, roasted butternut squash (butter, cardamom and cinnamon), kale chips and rice
dessert – DD had a peach – we were both too full to eat any!
