This post is part of Homemade Mommy’s ‘what we ate today’ series. I post what both I ate and what I fed my 3 year old daughter to give this community ideas on how to eat real food and that it is possible to feed a child REAL food.
Back to school Monday after a very fun weekend and I am pretty tired today and also very busy with work. So how am I finding it in me to cook today? I have some leftovers I need to use up and so they are going to be the focus today and everything else will just surround that!

Dinner time saving tips:
This stir fry dinner is a great way to reuse meat and make it stretch + get your veggies on! I make sure to chop and cook everything before I pick up my daughter when I have a break from work conference calls. I made the vegetables and put the rice on to cook and then once I have my daughter here I bring it all together with the eggs and the meat to finish it off.
