This post is part of Homemade Mommy’s ‘what we ate today’ series. I post what both I ate and what I fed my 3 year old daughter to give this community ideas on how to eat real food and that it is possible to feed a child REAL food.
This is our last night before leaving tomorrow for our Rosh Hashanah trip to Dallas so am trying to use up a lot of our veggies, etc. I made some babaganoush which we will take with us and this time I add roasted peppers to the mix which turned out really delicious!
