This post is part of Homemade Mommy’s ‘what we ate today’ series. I post what both I ate and what I fed my 3 year old daughter to give this community ideas on how to eat real food and that it is possible to feed a child REAL food.
Tuesday is the day I have a little extra help in the kitchen so I tend to make a lot on Tuesdays. Unfortunately today I was multi-tasking a bit too much and I burned the kale chips! Oh well – we get more tomorrow in the CSA box. I will eat them burned but not sure about my hubby or 3 year old. I made double the chicken to freeze one for later use.

Your posts on what you ate each day are very inspiring to eat something every day you are not embarassed to post online! Great idea! My daughter ate today for dinner: haggis, cavolo nero and brussel sprouts and she said she liked all three 🙂
