Mango Lassi No-Churn Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen mangos (or any frozen fruit)
- 1/3 cup raw honey (where to buy honey)
- 1 1/2 cup yogurt cheese* (made from 4 cups of whole milk yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp gelatin (where you buy gelatin)
- 2 Tbsp whole milk
- Pinch of salt (where to buy salt)
Directions
Warm the milk on low heat in a butter warmer. When warm to the touch, add the gelatin and mix until dissolved.
Blend the mangos, honey, yogurt cheese, salt, and milk/gelatin mixture in a high speed blender or food processor until thoroughly combined.
Divide into 5-6 small bowls and place into the freezer to set for 3 hours or until the consistency is to your liking.
*This post (how to make kefir cheese and whey) will tell you how to make yogurt cheese using the same method as you would use to make kefir cheese.

Would this work for Kefir cheese also? I have soooo much kefir right now!
Lindsey @ Homemade Mommy says
Yes–I plan to make it next time with kefir cheese! I think there is enough honey to balance out the yeasty flavor of the kefir cheese vs. the milder flavor of the yogurt.
