This has quickly become my favorite all-purpose grill rub. I use it on chicken, skirt steaks, lamb chops, etc. The uses are endless. The great thing about this basic grilling rub is that it will tenderize any cut of meat making this a perfect rub for any grass fed meats! The other great thing about this recipe is that it will yield about 1.5 cups of rub leaving you plenty on hand to use when you need it. The mix will keep in an airtight container for up to a year.

Do you think I could sub and use coconut sugar instead? I just already have it on hand and want to try this out for tonight!

Palm sugar = coconut sugar!

Do you think this would be a good rub on minute steaks? How would you cook them, every time I cook them they turn out tough!
Victoria says
How do you use it? How long do you need to leave it on the meat before cooking it?
Thanks!
