For today, I am going to focus on 10 amazing uses for lemon essential oil and in the coming weeks I will focus on some more of my favorite everyday oils.
I am starting with Lemon essential oil, mostly because it’s the first essential oil most people interact with when they first discover essential oils. It’s a cleaning powerhouse, and is a naturally detoxifying substance. It’s an excellent place to start!

When you incorporate lemon essential oil into cleansers and scrubs, your skin is cleansed naturally.

I love lemon EO and typically just buy the NOW brand of EOs. I would love to win another brand to compare qualities.
We would use it to “wake up” our home, clean and refreshen. I would use it on my feet to soften. I’m hoping EOs will help my family with regulating the senses.
I love lemon oil and seem to go through it faster than any other oil! It’s great for getting stickers and tape residue off things. I also like it to help with cleaning. It’s great added to (homemade) vinegar to boost cleaning power or stirred into my soap/baking soda “soft scrub” mixture. I added it to a homemade toothpaste based on coconut oil — combined with the coconut flavor, it was almost like a dessert! I prefer mint for toothpaste but that was a nice change. It’s perfect for boosting lemon flavor in foods or for adding that little extra boost to water. I prefer not to ingest too many oils, but I do think this one helps with immunity and it’s just the thing when a cold is stalking. It has such a sunny, uplifting scent, it’s a real boost to use it for ANYTHING this time of year! Wonderful stuff! It’s so generous of you to give some away! 🙂

I love lemon because I use it everyday!!! I use it in my water, water kefir, and bath water!!! Little one had a fever last month and I used lemon oil and apple cidar vinegar in the bath and brought that fever right down!

First of all I love the smell of Lemon…I use it in all my homemade cleaning products and lemon water is my favorite drink.

I would like to start using lemon oil in my water and under my arms. A friend told me she uses lemon oil for a deodorant. I want to give it a try because any deodorant I use eats my skin 🙁 I have run out of lemon oil from the original premium kit I purchased and just haven’t reordered yet since lemon oil is the only oil I’m out of. I used it all of diffusing lemon oil with lavender oil to help sleep, works like a charm (I made a night time spray both my 9 & 13 year old love it.

I used up my lemon oil before any other oil because I love it so much! It’s great for cleaning, “Toilet Bombs”, and just for it’s uplifting scent. I also mix a drop in jojoba oil and use it on my face every night to get rid of a horrible sun spot. It’s fading!
