Me: venison sausage, scrambled eggs in home churned butter, sauerkraut, fermented salsa
DD: vanilla goat yogurt, applesauce, flax seeds/cinnamon (not very hungry today)
Snack
DD: watermelon, peaches with cinnamon
Lunch:
DD: chicken mole tamale, raw Colby cheese
me: arugula, sauerkraut, KEJU cheese, figs, avocado, olive oil
Dinner
Family outing to G’Raj Mahal – very good! It wasn’t salty – really clean Indian flavors. We had the chicken saag and lamb tikka masala. Also tried the cardamom rice pudding and ice creams – very nice and not too sweet. DD loved all of it so win win.
