Me: 2 fried eggs in butter, sauerkraut
DD: yogurt, applesauce, flax, cinnamon, raspberries
Snack:
DD: hard boiled egg with sea salt
Lunch:
Me: avocado, sauerkraut, slices of dried sausage, homemade babaganoush, hard boiled egg
DD: black bean and cheese taco on corn tortilla – cooked in lamb fat
Snack:
DD: hummus, avocado, sauerkraut
me: coconut butter and raspberries (my new obsession)
Dinner:
DD: burger patty at Phil’s ice house (bday party), Lembas cinnamon swirl muffin (in lieu of bday cake)
me: liver/rice leftovers
