DD: usual yogurt breakfast and Papa coconut flour waffles (she spent the night with her grandfather)
Lunch:
Me: Raw derby cheese, avocado, sauerkraut, malabar spinach (CSA box mystery item), babaganoush (homemade)
DD: coconut butter and jam sandwich on sprouted spelt challah, sauerkraut, avocado, raw colby cheese
Dinner:
DD: fried rice with peas, corn, egg, kale chips
me: fried rice with coconut milk, egg, sweet potato greens, summer squash, mushrooms, peppers, carrots – fried in lamb fat
israeli melon for dessert
