Breakfast:
DD: goat yogurt, applesauce, bananas, cinnamon, flax
me: two scrambled eggs in butter with turmeric and sea saly, sauerkraut, salsa
Snack:
DD: mangoes
Lunch:
DD: stir fried rice with peas and quail eggs cooked in lamb fat
me: radicchio salad with EVOO, leftover salmon, yogurt cheese, egg salad,pickled okra and peppers
Snack:
DD: raw MULU cheese, leftover kale chips
me: a couple of these -> Hail Merry Chocolate Macaroons – if you haven’t discovered these yet you aren’t living – so delish!
Family dinner:
seared calves liver (soaked it for a few hours prior to cooking in lemon juice), onions and mushrooms and pork belly lardons, leftover brown rice, roasted butternut squash with maple syrup, tumeric, cardamom and salt
dessert – ice cream if we have room
