Breakfast:
DD: goat yogurt, applesauce, blueberries, cinnamon, flax
me: two scrambled eggs in butter with black beans, bacon, sauerkraut, salsa
Snack:
DD: raw milk kefir, cottage cheese and applesauce
Lunch:
DD: AB&J on sourdough, hummus and pickles, raw cheese, kale chips
me: radicchio salad with EVOO, egg salad, avocado, raw cheese, pickled okra and peppers
Snack:
DD: mangoes
Family dinner:
leftover calves liver but turned into pate with hard boiled eggs, leftover brown rice and roasted butternut squash and since there isn’t enough for everyone making DD her favorite – black bean and cheese tacos
