Breakfast:
DD: vanilla goat yogurt, applesauce, peaches, raspberries, flax seeds, and a few spoonfuls of raw milk kefir, cinnamon
Me: scrambled eggs, arugula, basil, salsa
Snack:
DD: peaches, cottage cheese, kefir, cinnamon
Lunch:
DD: salmon salad (cooked salmon with kefir cheese), babaganoush (she tried this last night with the peppers and requested for lunch), peppers for dipping, pickles
Me: salmon, arugula/raddiccio, babaganoush, pickles, pickled okra
Snack:
DD: dried cranberries, almonds (we will see if she eats them)
Family Dinner:
Grilled tumeric chicken
brown rice
roasted butternut squash
chocolate ice cream (kefir!)
