Breakfast:
DD: the usual yogurt thing
Me: scrambled eggs, ratatouille, cup of chicken broth
Snack:
DD: watermelon
Lunch:
DD: almond butter, butter and jam sandwich on sprouted spelt, raw cheese
Me: soup (indian curry from last night with a cup of chicken broth added
Snack:
DD: ate her snack at lunch!
Dinner – mishmash of leftovers for DD, I ate after she went to bed because I had a late lunch…this was not a good idea because she ended up not eating because I wasn’t eating 🙁
DD: sausage, ketchup, pickles, avocado
Me: salmon over arugula with fresh figs and avocado and pickled okra
