Think it is impossible to be a working, busy mom or dad and cook real food? Think again! If you are a regular reader of my blog then you know I am not a ‘stay at home mom’ – I work a full-time corporate job for IBM. Many of my fellow VGN bloggers are also extremely busy sharing amazing recipes and blog posts with all of us so how do we find the time to cook real food from scratch without collapsing at the end of the day? If you like videos, then you will love this 12 week eCourse. 17 of your favorite bloggers will share all of their secrets for how they make cooking real food efficient to save you TIME and MONEY.
Real Food for Busy People includes over 50 video tutorials and there are some great new tips provided…some I am going to implement myself! Did you know you can make bone broth 4 hours or that you can freeze ferments?

Hi Jeannie – thank you for your questions. Here is what I know:
1. Do you have meals for all family or just for little kids – this is not just for small kids – many of the bloggers teaching have older kids.
2. I am prediabetic means avoid food sugary grains ect …bread do you have receipew for that – The focus is on real food. There will be recipes across the spectrum including proteins, vegetable ferments, dairy ferments, and sweets. The sweets will generally use traditional sweeteners vs. refined ones. There will be lessons on preparing all types of grains and also tutorials for making grain-free baked goods.
3. How long is each class 1 h video 3 hours? I am finding out for you.
4. Do we have receipes? this is a set of video tutorials some of which will show you how to make certain recipes.
5. Can we see the videos in 1 year or is it timesensitive. ..if we want – you have LIFETIME access to the videos so you can watch whenever you want!
