Preschool Lunch #26
Here is what I packed for my 4 year old for lunch today:
- Beef Bologna slices from Salt and Time
- Sliced raw cheese
- Fresh purple and green peppers
- Sauerkraut
- Leftover black bean and vegetable (served cold as a dip – I cooked it down last night so it is very thick) with chopped red onion
- Crispy homemade corn tortilla chips
- Salsa and Creme Fraiche dip
