What we ate today – 10/26/12

We are having guests over tonight for Shabbat dinner and I am so excited about what we are having!  What are you having tonight?

Quick Asian Soup with mushrooms, kohlrabi greens, onions, carrots, radishes
Grain-free banana/squash pancakes, kraut, chicken sausage, ketchup

Dinner

Braised veal arm roast (new recipe coming!), potato casserole, salad greens with local oranges, avocado, pecans, fennel, radishes, Russian beet salad, local goat cheese, challah

Dessert – raw pumpkin kefir cheesecake (recipe coming later)
