Breakfast:
DD: goat yogurt, applesauce, mangoes, flax, cinnamon
me: omelet with mushrooms, spinach + tumeric and sauerkraut
Snack:
DD: banana/cheese
Lunch:
DD: fried rice with egg, leftover sausage, green peas, fish sauce
me: sausage leftovers, arugula, avocado, sauerkraut
Snack:
DD: fruit
Family Dinner:
Roasted chicken with Moroccan spices (thankfully I had one in the freezer so I am just warming it up!), Julia Child’s Ratatouille, brown rice (leftover from last night so I really only have to make the Ratatouille!)
Dessert – Chocolate birthday cake for my husband and homemade real milk vanilla ice cream and homemade applesauce! YUM!
