I like encouraging my kids to cook from scratch using real food. Lately, with my gut problems we have had to look deeper into our foods and start sourcing beyond the supermarket. So, our gadgets, cookware and food all need to be wholesome. The older two are allowed at the stove while the younger two experiment with Popsicles. Their last creation was whole milk, coconut and chocolate chips. Not exactly my choice, but I wanted them to understand the joy of creating and understanding what goes I to the process. The only problem is the plastic holders we have take awhile to freeze and a long time to loosen under hot water. And don’t get me started on the rickety base. So this model fits all out needs. Looking forward to trying avocado recipes. Great website and looking forward to becoming more informed.
