Marinate as follows for 3-4 hours before cooking on the grill quickly at high heat (3 min each side tops):
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp fermented soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
1 tsp ginger (ground)
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 Tbsp raw honey
1/4 cup palm oil (could sub olive or sesame – both cold pressed)
