Salad (with new fresh lettuces from my garden!) with babaganoush, sardines, raw Jarlsberg cheese, pickled beets
Egg salad with homemade mayo and a splash of kefir, pickled beets, pomegranate seeds, corn chips fried in coconut oil (they sell these at the Lakeline Farmers Market on Saturdays)
