What we ate today – 10/15/12

This post is part of Homemade Mommy’s ‘what we ate today’ series. I post what both I ate and what I fed my 3 year old daughter to give this community ideas on how to eat real food and that it is possible to feed a child REAL food.

My daughter spent the night at her grandfather’s last night so she was with him all day (she didn’t have school and we had to work).  So nice to be back with her for dinner!

Black bean taco on corn tortillas with raw Colby cheese, barbeque at a place in Taylor, TX with her grandfather

Leftover barbeque ribs and brisket, rice, roasted okra and broccoli with turmeric and coconut oil, my daughter’s favorite sauce for dipping
