Breakfast:
DD: goat yogurt, applesauce, flax seeds and cinnamon and Grain free banana pancakes
me: banana pancakes, butter and duck bacon, kefir and cantelope (local!)
Snack:
DD: banana
Lunch:
DD: more pancakes (she only ate one at breakfast – it was for her lunch!) and duck bacon and yogurt
me: leftover steak and avocado and kraut
Snack:
DD: Popcorn!
Dinner:
DD: black bean taco and avocado, leftover steak, ice cream
me and DH going over to a friends to eat – chicken enchiladas, black beans and rice
