Breakfast:
me: fried eggs in butter, sauerkraut, cup of chicken broth
DD: yogurt, banana, blueberries, flax seeds, cinnamon
Snack:
DD: peaches, cottage cheese, cinnamon
me: amazing new discovery – coconut butter
Lunch:
DD: raw colby cheese, @saltandtime sausage snack stick, hummus, pickles, sauerkraut
me: sardines, avocado, sauteed summer squash, sauerkraut
Family dinner:
Chicken nuggets (liver), sauteed shitake mushrooms and onions, rice, kale chips, sauce (+ pan drippings and chicken broth and a pinch of sage)
frozen raspberries with carob coconut butter (when it gets cold it is basically the consistency of ice cream/fudge!)
