Breakfast:
DD: goat yogurt, applesauce, flax seeds, cinnamon, sourdough toast with cashew butter and maple syrup, duck bacon (hungry child today!)
me: duck bacon (her leftovers of course), scrambled eggs in butter, gravlox and kefir cream cheese
Snack:
DD: apples and cashew butter
Lunch:
DD: black bean taco on corn with raw gouda, guacamole with kefir cheese, carrots, homemade gummy
me: black beans, guacamole, shredded chicken, pickled okra
Snack:
DD: banana
Dinner:
grilled veal bone-in rib-eyes, brown rice and the sauce and some avocado for some green color (CSA day is tomorrow and I have nothing left!)
no dessert for DD (exhausted from no nap today) – I had some hail merry macaroons and a little more kefir after she went to bed – so there.
