Getting back into the home cooked groove after vacation and I am going to stop numbering these!
Breakfast:
DD: goat yogurt, applesauce, blueberries, cinnamon, flax
me: two scrambled eggs in butter with tumeric and sea salt, sauerkraut, salsa, coconut milk kefir smoothie with blueberries and mangoes and raw honey
Snack:
DD: coconut milk kefir smoothie with blueberries and mangoes and honey, banana
Lunch:
DD: egg salad with homemade mayo on a corn tortilla, sauerkraut, pickles, hummus, peppers
me: radicchio salad with EVOO, hummus, egg salad, MULU cheese from Sand Creek, pickled okra and peppers, kraut
Snack:
DD: apple slices and almond butter
Family dinner:
seared wild salmon (sprinkled with salt, tumeric, cardamom, paprika), brown rice, roasted broccoli, kale chips, THE sauce
dessert – ice cream if we have room
