me: 2 fried eggs in coconut oil, 1 slice bacon, sauerkraut, fermented salsa, strawberries
DD: vanilla goat yogurt, applesauce, strawberries with flax seeds/cinnamon on top, 1 fried egg in butter, 1 slice bacon

snacks
DD: peach

Lunch
me: all local salad w mixed greens, sauerkraut, avocado(well that isn’t local!), raw colby cheese, blackberries, homemade dill pickle
DD: black bean soup (cooked in veal stock)

Snacks
DD: melon

Dinner:
family shabbat dinner – tomato/cucumber salad with balsamic/evoo, spiced pan seared salmon, brown rice cooked in coconut milk & veal stock, kale chips cooked in coconut oil with tumeric, DD’s favorite

dessert: plum coconut ice cream
